Info on NEETS, CME, EHE, EHCP and Exclusions

Please can I request that you forward my Freedom of Information Request onto the relevant people within Education/Childrens Services. I have listed the questions below.

1) How many 16-18 year olds live in your borough? Please provide a breakdown of ethnicity (if possible)
2) How many 16-18 year olds are currently registered as NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training) in your borough?
Please provide a breakdown of ethnicity (if possible)
3) How many children were permanently excluded from a school in your borough in the 2021-2022 academic year?
4) How many Year 11 pupils were permanently excluded from school in your borough in the 2021-2022 academic year?
5) How many of the young people in question 4 then became NEET this year?
6) How many care leavers aged between 16-18 does your borough currently have?
7) How many of the care leavers in question 6 are NEET?
8) How many children with a social worker are registered as NEET?
9) How many Year 11 pupils were registered as CME in the the 2021-2022 academic year?
10) How many Year 11 pupils were closed as CME at the end of the 2021-2022 academic year because despite the young person still being 'CME'- the young person was no longer statutory school age and therefore cannot be registered as CME?
11) How many of the pupils in questions 9 & 10 are now NEET?
12) How many Year 11 pupils were registered as educated at home, EHE, in the 2021-2022 academic year?
13) How many Year 11 pupils were closed to EHE at the end of the 2021-2022 academic year because the young person was no longer statutory school age and therefore cannot be registered as EHE?
14) How many do the pupils in questions 12 & 13 are now NEET?
15) How many Year 11 pupils had an EHCP in the 2021-2022 academic year?
16) How many pupils with an EHCP are currently registered as NEET?
17) Please share what work your borough does to reduce the number of children becoming NEET.
18) Does your borough specifically target pupils who are more at risk of becoming NEET (E.g. pupils who are permanently excluded, care leavers etc). If yes, what work is done with these young people?
