Status of the closed cafe in Lyttleton Playing Fields NW11?

This Cafe is now closed
What can be done to reopen it or get another Supplier/Owner?
My recollection is that a condition of the Childrens Nursery opening was that it ran a Cafe on these premises.
There seems to be other local Cafes and other Park Cafe owners who might be interested.
I am an interested Community Resident.
