Islamophobia

Please can I request the following information under the FOIA 2000.
(1) Has the council adopted the All Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on British Muslims definition of Islamophobia from the report Islamophobia Defined? The definition in question is: 'Islamophobia is rooted in racism and is a type of racism that targets expressions of Muslimness or perceived Muslimness'.
(2) If yes, when was it adopted and was it following a unanimous vote? An indication of the votes for and against would be helpful.
(3) Please can you share any minutes of meetings from the discussion of the definition prior to the vote, in the event it was adopted, or rejected subsequently.
(4) Has the council also adopted the IHRA working definition of antisemitism?
