We’re proud in Barnet to offer support across several different organisations. There’s the Barnet Wellbeing Hub in the Meritage Centre, Church End, Hendon, London, NW4 4JT, where you can access a range of free services, including talking therapies. You refer yourself or ask a GP, social worker or healthcare professional to refer you. You can reach them on 03333 449088 or info@barnetwellbeing.org.uk or find out more at: http://www.barnetwellbeing.org.uk

There’s also BOOST (Burnt Oak Opportunity Support Team), which operates from Burnt Oak Library from 9am-5pm every Monday to Friday. It brings together teams from Jobcentre Plus, Barnet Homes, Barnet Council’s Benefits Service and Education and Skills teams to help residents overcome obstacles to long-term employment. They will help you access anything you need to find and sustain work - including support for your mental and emotional wellbeing. You can contact them via boost@barnet.gov.uk or 0208 359 5600.

We’re also backing Thrive LDN, which is supported by the Mayor of London and led by the London Health Board. The initiative supports the 2m Londoners from all walks of life experience some form of poor mental health every year. Find out more: https://www.thriveldn.co.uk/about/
