The service is a starting point to connect you with the most appropriate support to suit your needs. This is done through an emotional health check (wellbeing MOT) where someone will identify your personal goals and help you create a personalised wellbeing plan. You’ll then be socially prescribed - connected to community-based services and activities that focus on improving your wellbeing.

Services on offer:

•    Talking therapies: A space to talk to someone confidentially about anything that may be troubling you to help you explore, process, and manage your thoughts, feelings and behaviour.

•    Online wellbeing and social activities including exercise (Tai Chi, yoga etc.), arts and crafts, gardening and growing, social clubs, wellbeing workshops and volunteering opportunities.

•    Information and advice on a wide range of issues such as housing support, employment support services, welfare and benefits advice, debt advice and more.

•    Barnet Befriending is another service that’s sits within the Barnet Wellbeing Hub and is run by Community Barnet. They’ve extended their offering to serve all adults 18+ this festive season.

Barnet Wellbeing Service is open Mon-Fri except for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
