The Spires (July 2012)

The Framework provides an outline of the vision for the planning of three sites in or on the edge of Chipping Barnet Town Centre. These are the Spires Shopping Centre, Barnet Market site and the Territorial Army site. It provides detailed guidance to manage future development and other improvements to the town centre to ensure long term vitality and viability.

The Framework indicates the broad development principles for these sites and is a material consideration when considering any future planning applications for the area it covers.
