London landlord's accreditation scheme

The London Landlord Accreditation Scheme (LLAS) as a partnership of London boroughs, landlord organisations and educational organisations to recognise good practice and improve conditions in the private rented sector.

The scheme recognises good landlords across the whole of London and the UK and provides landlords with the necessary skills to run a successful business. It also accredits agents and applies to individuals, partnerships and limited companies.
