About business parking permits
If your current workplace’s business address is within a Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ) you can apply for a business parking permit to be able to park your vehicle in a Business Permit Holders Only or Permit Holders Only parking place in the controlled hours.
Signs on the street will give more information about the zone and its operating hours.
We offer a specific vehicle registration number business parking permit and an any vehicle registration business parking permit.
The specific vehicle registration number business parking permits are virtual, which means you do not need to display anything in your vehicle. Your permit is electronic and is associated with your vehicle registration number.
Patrolling Civil Enforcement Officers will be able to view your permit on their handheld computers.
The any vehicle registration business parking permit is a paper permit, which means that you would need to display the permit as per the terms and conditions of use.
You can apply for a 12 month or 1 month virtual permit and a 12 month any registration permit.
Businesses can hold up to a maximum of 3 business parking permits at any 1 time.
You will receive email renewal reminders in advance of the permit expiry date.
You should allow at least 5 working days for your paper permit to arrive once you have completed your order. The permit will be posted out via the Royal Mail recorded delivery service, which means that someone must be at home to sign for the permit.
We will not replace paper permits which are lost in the post but can assist customers in locating orders by providing the Royal Mail tracking information.
