Parkruns in Barnet
All parkruns commence at 9am and are designed for participants aged 4 and above. We also offer junior parkruns for younger children.

TCS London Mini Marathon 2026
TCS Mini Marathon 2026
The TCS Mini London Marathon takes place on Saturday 25 April 2026, starting at Horse Guards Parade (Birdcage Walk) and finishing on The Mall. Held the day before the London Marathon, the event encourages children and young people to stay active. Participants can run, jog, walk or wheel either one mile or 2.6km - young people aged 11–17 are eligible.
How to run for Barnet at the TCS Mini Marathon
To represent Team Barnet, participants must be born in, live in, or attend school in the London Borough of Barnet.
Each borough can enter up to six boys and six girls per age group:
- Under 12 (Years 5–6; for this group up to four boys and up to four girls)
- Under 14 (Years 7–8)
- Under 16 (Years 9–10)
- Under 18 (Years 11–12)

Athletes need to register with parkrun and complete a 5km parkrun before 14 March 2026.
Please submit your result by Sunday 15 March 2026 sending an email to sport@barnet.gov.uk specifying name, surname, date of birth, parkrun result with related date.
Will be only accepted results that are officially recorded and published on the parkrun website.
The parkrun registration can be done at any location during the qualifying period. All results will be checked, and successful athletes will be contacted by email. Unfortunately, entries received after the closing date won’t be able to be accepted.
Para Championships
The TCS Mini London Marathon Para Championships offer competition for wheelchair and ambulant athletes, covering the same 2.6km route as the main Mini Marathon.
