The Examiner held a virtual hearing via Microsoft Teams on Thursday 25 of November 2021

We are now waiting for the Examiner’s report. We expect to receive this in January 2022

The Barnet draft Local Plan was submitted for examination on 26 November 2021.

The Local Plan has been added to the CIL examination library as CIL 10 below.

The Examiner

The Community Infrastructure Levy Draft Charging Schedule Review was submitted to the Planning Inspectorate for examination on 12 August 2021.

Mr Jameson Bridgwater PGDIPL MRTPI has been appointed to conduct an Examination of the Charging Schedule.

It needs to meet the requirements of the Planning Act 2008 and relevant CIL Regulations, in respect of legal compliance and viability.

The Programme Officer

The Programme Officer for the Examination is Ian Kemp.

His task is to assist the Examiner and all concerned with the Examination on administrative and procedural matters.
