2010

• Barnet’s growth and regeneration programme is formally launched

2011

• London Academy School in Stonegrove and Spur Road completed (external link)
• First affordable homes in Stonegrove and Spur Road completed

2013

• The Orion Primary School in Colindale opened (external link)
• Millbrook Park Primary School in Mill Hill East completed (external link)
• First properties in West Hendon completed

2015

• First secure tenants move into new homes in Dollis Valley
• New retail and commercial space in Grahame Park completed

2016

• Delivering for Barnet launched, bringing Barnet’s regeneration work under one programme
• One Stonegrove Community Centre in Stonegrove and Spur Road opened (external link)
• Hope Corner, a multi-purpose community space in Dollis Valley, opened
• Barnet and Southgate College’s Colindale Campus opened (external link)
• The newly relocated Colindale Library opened
• First new homes in Dollis Valley completed
• Interim Community Hub opens in West Hendon

2017

• Upper and Lower Fosters regeneration secures £830,000 DCLG project funding bid
