Mental Health Movement Workshop at Finchley Church End library

Join charity Mind in Enfield and Barnet for a workshop to support Mental Health Awareness Week. Incorporating this year's theme "Movement: Moving more for our mental health", the workshop will introduce the reasons why movement helps with mental health and include some chair based movement activities. Join our online Conversation Café sessions every Friday from 11am to 12pm during school term time only. The sessions are aimed at anyone over 18 years old whose first language is not English. They are relaxed and welcoming and they cover a variety of subjects and topics to help you gain confidence in speaking English. Our Conversation Café is for people whose first language is not English. It offers an informal activity for those who would like to improve their speaking skills. The sessions cover a variety of subjects and topics to help you gain confidence in speaking English in a fun, relaxed and welcoming environment. This event takes place during term time only. Rhyme Time at Chipping Barnet Library

Rhyme Time is a 30 minute facilitated session for parents and carers and their babies and toddlers. The session involves nursery rhymes and songs, books and a story. Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Rhyme Time takes places in term time only.
