Disabled Children's Charter
The Health and Well-being Board committed partners to delivering the commitments of the Disabled Children’s Charter:
Disability Service & Specialist Autism Team
Social care support to children and young people who have a profound disability, severe disability, multiple disability or a complex and long-term health condition resulting in profound disability
Disabled Children's Occupational Therapy Team
A community-based assessment service to children and young people under 18 years of age who have permanent and substantial needs arising from their disability
Barnet's Disabled Children's Register
All parents of children and young people with a disability should register their child's details on the Disabled Children's Register

A range of play and leisure services for disabled children and young people (aged 0-19) who need additional support
