This is an informal bereavement support group run by volunteers. They meet every 4-5 weeks at the SPIRE Roding Hospital in Redbridge to discuss how individuals are coping, or have coped, with bereavement. It is run under the umbrella of HEAL (Herts, Essex and London) Cancer Charity although the group is not just for people who have
