This request is made under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act and Environmental Information Regulations and is submitted on behalf of Friern Barnet & Whetstone Residents' Association.The term 'documents' used below includes documents whether in written or in electronic formats and includes reports, papers, notes, emails, letters and memoranda.This request relates to public consultations ( whether statutory orinformal) carried out by or on behalf of the Council and which commenced on or after 1st January 2023 ( whether still current or nowclosed) and also proposed consultations which have not yet beenlaunched and relating to one or more of the following categories (the' consultations')* Cycle lanes/routes* Bus lanes* Road Safety* School Streets* Parking (including CPZs)* Other traffic* Finchley Lido Leisure Centre1. For which consultations in the above categories is/was guidance/instructions in documentary form ( such as a manual or a note but excluding ad-hoc guidance/instructions such as might be issued to anindividual member of a team who had raised a question) available toor provided to staff or consultants working on the consultation in respect ofa) formulation/drafting of consultation documents ( for example letters to residents, questionnaires)b) selecting the geographical area within which the residents are to be consulted (for example in the case of School Streets consultations selecting the houses etc to which consultation letters should bedelivered) Note- not applicable to London Borough of Culture Bidc) analysis and interpretation of responses to the consultationd) reporting of responses within the Council administrative structure and to Cabinet/Committees/Councillorse) reporting of responses to the public and other third partiesf) responding to responses to the consultation (in the sense of implementing, modifying, developingg) handling of responses which are unwelcome ( in the sense that responses are unfavourable to a policy proposal to which the consultation relates ).2.
