Most of our customer facing services including Housing Options, Customer Services and Family Services continue to operate from their current locations. They are due to move to Colindale later.
Our planning reception has now opened on the 1st floor and is accessible to the public by appointment only.
Parking in the area is limited and we would encourage all who can to use public transport.
Following a consultation last year, and to protect residents’ parking, a new Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ) is being introduced in the Colindale area from 10 June 2019. In addition, the operational periods of the existing Colindale ‘P’ CPZ are being changed from Monday to Friday 2pm to 3pm, to Monday to Friday 8am to 6.30pm.
If you do need to travel by car, nearby paid parking is available at Colindale Underground Station, Watling Avenue, Bunns Lane, Mill Hill Broadway Station and Daws Lane. All are within a 20 to 30 minute walk of the new office with good public transport links.
Blue Badge parking
There are five parking spaces directly outside the Colindale building (on Valentina Avenue) for blue badge holders. In addition, following parking regulations, any blue badge holders will be able to park free of charge in any CPZ in and around the area at any time.
