Dear Sir/Madam I am writing today to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. I would be interested in any information held by your organisation regarding my request. I understand that I do not have to specify particular files or documents and it is the department's responsibility to provide the information I require. If you need further clarification, please contact me by email I would like the information to be emailed to me in electronic form. The questions that I would like to request answers to are as follows: 1. Can you confirm if Barnet Council is set up structurally as a corporation holding a company number that complies with the companies act 2006? 2. What is Barnet Council's D-U-N-S number? 3. Please provide me with exact law and the exact section of said law that compels an individual to pay Council Tax? 4. Does Barnet Council rely on the definition of the term 'Person' defined within the Interpretations Act 1978? (which is mentioned in the LGFA 1992) - yes or no? 5. Can you please provide me with all the receipts for the expenditure of Barnet Council for the past 2 years. And please understand that this request is for actual receipts, not accounts. 6. Specifically for the last year please provide receipts for room hire at Barnet Magistrates Court for the last year (for the purpose of conducting Summons and Liability hearings). 7. Can you please confirm which officer of the council is the ultimate responsible person within Barnet Council? 8. Do you share my data with any third party? 9. Which companies are contracted by Barnet Council to collect communal waste, including but not limited to bio/compostable waste, plastic waste, general waste? Please provide full accounting for this for the last 2 years. 10. Who is Barnet Council's Section 151 Officer? 11. What percentage of Council Tax received from residents paying Barnet Council goes to the MOD (Ministry of Defence)? 12. Does Barnet Council consider themselves to be a part of the UK Government - yes or no? 13. Was the UK Government mentioned in the court hearing held at Southwark Crown Court on 14th May 2011 - case number T230107746 - yes or no? 14. Are Council Taxes excluded from the criminal offences in sections 15-17 of the Terrorism Act 2000 or section 52 of the International Criminal Court Act 2001 - yes or no? 15. What is the definition of my property for the purpose of Council Tax is it dwelling or domestic? 16. Does Barnet Council bulk process liability orders? 17. Does Barnet Council adhere to the Local Government Act 1888 section 78 and 79? 18. Does Barnet Council comply fully with the Modern Slavery Act 2000 and 2015. A statement material in proceedings (material statement) as a sworn witness or interpreter, on affidavit, or in a statement of truth, that is false and he/she knows to be false.
