Estate Regeneration Ballots

Received: 27 January 2020

1. A list of estate regeneration resident ballots carried out in the borough from July 2018 up to the most recent possible date, including the following details:

i. Name of the estate
ii. Number of existing homes on the estate
iii. Name of social landlord which owns the estate
iv. Name of developer seeking to regenerate the estate (can be the same as above)
v. Date(s) on which the ballot was carried out
vi. Turnout for the ballot as a % of residents eligible to vote
vii. Result of the ballot as a % of votes for each option
viii. Whether the regeneration proposal was accepted/rejected by residents

2. A list of estate regeneration ballots which the local authority expects to be carried out in the calendar year 2020, including:

i. Name of the estate
ii. Number of existing homes on the estate
iii. Name of social landlord which owns the estate
iv. If known, the date on which the ballot will commence

If the local authority does not record details of ballots or does not have a comprehensive list and has supplied information for the ones it is aware of, then please specify accordingly.
