London & Quadrant and its subsidiaries liabilities

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please be advised that GE Associates are instructed by London & Quadrant and its subsidiaries in relation to all rating (domestic rates & NNDR) matters. Please see our letter of authority attached for your information.
Some Billing Authorities wish to treat this as an FOI request if so; Please can you provide me with the following information under the
Freedom Of Information Act 2000:- However please do refer to the LOA attached showing that this is a client and they are in agreement with us receiving this requested information. Please appreciate that as a charitable housing association it is imperative that all monies due to them are rightfully reinvested back in the association so they may keep on providing the valuable service that they do to our community and thus we believe that it is in the interests of the public to send forward this request. We are requesting this information from you as it cannot be obtained from L&Q housing.
The most up to date list you can obtain from both you NNDR (business rates) & domestic rating (council tax) departments (please provide the date of the data),
A) Currently holds any accounts both current, live, closed or historic for L&Q or any of the above subsidiaries. (Yes or No will be fine)
If your Authority does hold any accounts;
B) Ctax only, Please can you confirm that a class B exemption has been applied in all cases since 1st April 2013 where the dwelling has been listed as unoccupied. (Yes or No will be fine)
B1) Ctax only If the answer to B is NO please provide the account number, full account name, full account address including postcode, occupation dates both start and end dates, amount charged and if any exemption has been granted (please state which exemption). (Please provide data by excel)
