Temporary Housing Complaints

I am writing under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. I would like the following information.

1. For every formal complaint (stage 1, stage 2 and stage 3 complaints) made by a tenant of temporary housing supplied by the council over the past 12 months (May 2020 - April 2021). For all of these, please redact any personal or identifying information for the tenant e.g names and addresses.
(i) A copy of the initial complaint in whichever form the council holds it.
(ii) A copy of the reply from the council in whicher form the council holds it.

I would ideally like these as PDFs but will accept whichever file type is easiest for the council to provide.. Please can I have acknowledgement that this request was received.
