Between 28 July 2020 and 27 July 2021:
-How many Barnet consultations have been opened for which no details have been shown on Barnet's 'All Consultations' page?
-How many Barnet consultations have been opened for which no timeline was shown in (or accompanying) the consultation documents?

For any consultations identified in response to the questions above:
-What was the title of each consultation? Or if no formal title what, briefly, was being consulted on?
-Were details of each of these accidentally or intentionally omitted from publication on 'All Consultations'?

For any consultations where details were intentionally withheld:
-What was Barnet's rationale for the decision to withhold the details in each case and what was the process used to arrive at each decision?

Complaint is upheld.

I have spoken to Barnet Education and Learning Services manager who conducted the Home Education policy consultation and the Growth and Corporate Services Consultation and Research manager who is responsible for the Engage Barnet website in preparing my findings.

I have reviewed the response to ref: 7546140 dated 26 August 2021. This is asking about a specific consultation process followed on the Home Education policy consultation which you participated in and was prepared by Barnet Education and Learning Services.

The response to ref: 7154420 dated 4 August 2021 is broadly asking for general information relating to the process around public consultations, specifically those that appear on the Engage Barnet portal and was prepared by by Growth Corporate Services.

The response to ref: 7154420 appears to suggest that all consultations are published on Engage Barnet and outlines the corporate process followed. The Home Education consultation did not follow this process and as you correctly point out means that the two responses given are inconsistent.

I have reissued the response with the information held (attached) and the FOI Disclosure log will be updated accordingly. The responses were prepared by different teams which explains the divergence in information given. The information given was correct in terms of the information each service had available to them within each of their services.
