. Since the installation of LED streetlights in Elm Way N11 3NP, how many times has the brightness been adjusted, dimmed and/or increased?

4. Have adjustments been made in any other areas within Barnet?

5. Since installation, how many complaints about the LED lighting has Barnet Council and/or Bouygues received from residents and/or other parties:
(i) expressing dissatisfaction with the quality of lighting for any reason?
(ii) expressing dissatisfaction that the LEDs provide poorer lighting conditions than the sodium?
(iii) complaining that the lights are too bright?
(iv) complaining that the area around their property is dark?
(v) complaining that the LEDs are spilling on to their property/garden?
(vi) complaining that the area around their property is dark?
