I am writing requesting an update what the council have done regarding enforcing the demolishment of the Shisha Terrace - Retrospective Planning Application 19/3858/FUL.
May I use the Freedom of Information Act right to ask the council to reveal what steps it has taken to enforce it's duty to demolish this illegally build structure that is posing a health a safety hazard to the general public?
