Cases where S22 Freedom of Information Act has been applied by the Council

This request is made under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act and is submitted on behalf of Friern Barnet & Whetstone Residents' Association.
This request relates to cases where the Council has refused to provide information in response to requests received by it under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act by applying the qualified exemption (Information intended for future publication) set out in s 22 of the Act ( the 'intended publication exemption'), whether or not other exemptions also applied.
1. How many requests received ( or if more convenient requests to which responses were issued) by the Council within the last 12 months (or other most recent 12 months period for which the data is available) were refused , in whole or part, on the basis of the intended publication exemption?. Additionally, please provide the reference numbers for the relevant requests.
2. How many of the requests identified in the response to 1 above were the subject of requests for a review of the way the request was handled? Additionally, please provide the reference numbers for the relevant requests. How many of the reviews resulted in the application of the intended publication exemption being overturned (in whole or part)?
3. How many of the requests identified in the response to 1 above were the subject of appeals to the Information Commissioner? Additionally, please provide the reference numbers for the relevant requests. How many of the appeals were allowed (in whole or part)by the Commissioner?
