Secondary schools closures and reasons

1.Have any secondary schools within your local authority area, whatever their type (community schools, academies, free schools, faith schools, etc.) been subject to enforced closure for longer than 2 weeks (10 school days) within the last 10 years (from 1 September 2012 to date of this request). Please disregard closures due to COVID lockdowns - Please answer yes or no.
2.If yes, please provide the name and the address of the school and any assistance provided to the school including but not limited to any adjustments made to the exam process for public exams for GCSE and A Level
