Ashmole Academy and Trust - agreements with Barnet in connection with Ashmole's hockey pitch (astroturf)

The Barnet draft playing pitch strategy states that Barnet Council was planning to enter into a Use Agreement with Asmole to ensure the continued availability of the hockey pitch.
Please let me know if this agreement was ever entered into, and if, so, please provide this agreement
Please can we also have a copy of the agreement between the Council and Ashmole Trust that would have been entered into when Ashmole Secondary School became Ashmole Academy.
