Land Flooding

Please provide me with the following
If the Environment Agency has issued the London Borough of Barnet with a permit to inter bodies on the land Title number NGL603549, Milespit Hill London NW7 2RR
"Requirement 2 You should not carry out any human burials on land which is liable to flooding." [sic]
The land in question has been identified as liable to flooding in more than 1 in 30 years
In the event the answer is "not required" please provide me with copies of the correspondence, date evidenced, between London Borough of Barnet and the Environment Agency that resolved Barnet to commence internment within the area know to flood "based on information obtained from Gov.uk " [sic] noted form within a document published by London Borough of Barnet
