Land Ownership of Cromer Road JMI School

Dear LB Barnet,
Cromer Road JMI School, Cromer Road EN5 5HT. We are trying to ascertain who is the land owner for the school as the school admin appear to have mislaid documents that would provide this. The reason for trying to find this out is to approach to see if they can provide details regarding the lease arrangements for the school as this in turn will help future decision making on school improvement projects. Any assistance LBB can provide would be appreciated. I have enquired via the Land Registry and they currently do not hold details.
