FOI - Child Safeguarding Reviews

Please can you tell me how many child safeguarding practice reviews the council has carried out in each year since 1 January 2020.
Please include any reports and/or summaries from each review that were either published or available to the public upon request.
For each review please tell me whether the case was referred to the national child safeguarding practice review panel.
For each review, please include how long it took for the case to be referred to the national child safeguarding practice review panel.
