Road adoption in Friern Village development N11

Please could you inform me whether the below roads which are all in the Friern Village development are adopted by Barnet Council. If they are NOT adopted, can you tell me whether they are subject to a Section 38 agreement between Barnet Council and the developers (Barratt, Taylor Wimpey, Bellway).
