Under the FOI Act please could you supply me with the following information:
- the number and percentage of registered vehicles which are ULEZ- compliant in the borough
- the rate of compliance according to your CPZ data
- the total number of vehicles owned/operated by the borough council
- the number of these which are currently compliant with the ULEZ
- what the cost will be of replacing your fleet to comply with ULEZ
- the forecast cost of operating non-compliant vehicles after August 29th and what provision was made in the budget 2023-24 for the extra cost caused by ULEZ expansion?
