I am doing research into the regulations, policy, and guidelines for improving biodiversity in London.
My questions are the following:
To what extent is the Urban Greening Factor currently being implemented in the Borough of Barnet?
What is the minimum UGF score for developments in the Borough?
For which types of development projects are these scores being implemented?
Are there exceptions where the UGF is being implemented to different extents?
Are there other regulations/policies being implemented beyond the UGF?
