- The number of primary school children in the borough
- The number of primary school children currently on free school meals
- The names of the suppliers of free school meals in the borough
- Current estimates of the costs of preparation for the roll out of universal free school meals in September
- Correspondence between schools and council about the roll-out and any council reports
