Correspondence with Fusus

Under Freedom of Information Act, I would like to request the following information from the council:
1. Can you confirm if the council have been in communication with the US based company Fusus (https://www.fusus.com/) and whether they have approached you to sell their products
2. If so, can I see those communications such as emails, meeting minutes and any other related documents that show communication between the council and Fusus and could I see any documents or emails that name Fusus
3. Have Fusus spoken to the council about using their CCTV and other infrastructure or infrastructure of local public services such as schools or hospitals for the development of a Real-Time Crime Centre or Fusion Centre or have the council approached approached these organisations to integrate their CCTV infrastructure into Fusus' products or a real time crime centre
I recognise there are FOI exemptions under Section 43(2) relating to commercial interests however I am confident the public interest lies in disclosing this information as the public have a right to know how they will be policed and where public money could be spent.
If this request is not specific enough please consider the request as made to the mayors office (if you have one) and the department(s) responsible for police liaison and strategy and community safety.
