Pay a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN)

Our payment and contact systems for PCNs are now back online.

Some photographic and video evidence is not yet available to view.

All timescales to pay or challenge a PCN affected by the system being unavailable will be extended.

If you get a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN), also known as a parking ticket or parking fine, you can pay 24 hours a day, either online  or over the phone by calling the 24-hour automated payment line on 0333 121 4412

There is a discount of 50% if you pay the PCN within 14 days from the date it was issued, by paying you admit liability
