Barnet Libraries annual Literary Festival returns to Finchley Church End Library on the weekend of Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 May. A plethora of headline authors will uncover their latest books. Mental Health Movement Workshop at Finchley Church End library

Join charity Mind in Enfield and Barnet for a workshop to support Mental Health Awareness Week. Incorporating this year's theme "Movement: Moving more for our mental health", the workshop will introduce the reasons why movement helps with mental health and include some chair based movement activities.
