Relay UK provides relay services for deaf, hard-of-hearing, and speech-impaired people using app technology.
How it works
You don't need any special kit – just download the Relay UK app from the App Store, Google Play or Microsoft Store onto your smartphone, tablet, or computer
To contact us at Barnet Council, open up the Relay UK app, put in 020 8359 6111 and you will be connected to Relay UK.
If you are a textphone (minicom) user, please dial 18001 before our 020 8359 6111 contact number.
The Relay Assistant will speak the words you type to the person you're calling. The Relay Assistant will type their reply so you can read it on your display.
